Management Team

Tim Lanham | Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lanham is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for RIVWorks. Tim oversees the company's day to day operations and provides leadership to the company while RIVWorks is in the process of recruiting a full-time CEO.

A successful entrepreneur, Tim is also the co-President and Chief Operating Officer of Mister Money Holdings, Inc. (MMH), a regional financial lending company with more than 40 locations. Tim has been instrumental in the research and development of MMH programs and services ranging from software development to creating innovative financial products. Mr. Lanham also serves as founder and developer of USRS, a highly productive and successful check collection and guarantee subsidiary of MMH. LoanSafe is a short-term loan guarantee web-based program with over 150 users and guarantying over $40 million in loans a year. Mister Money is the largest shareholder in RIVWorks and a strategic partner providing key resources to RIVWorks.

Mr. Lanham also was instrumental in the development of the AFS self-serve short-term loan kiosk which has been awarded a patent for the process. In addition, MMH has been selling on eBay since 1999 with over $15 million in sales and now is entering the Amazon market place.

Doug Will | Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Will is the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer for RIVWorks. Doug manages all aspects of the company's finances, accounting and fundraising activities.

Also a successful entrepreneur and long-term business partner to Tim Lanham in Mister Money, Doug has an extensive background in the sub-prime financial services industry and has been instrumental in the development and operations of numerous Mister Money Holding's (MMH) subsidiaries and activities over the past 30 years. As Co-President and Chief Financial Officer for Mister Money Holdings, Mr. Will has been instrumental in the strategic planning, budgeting, development and implementation of the Mister Money store system in the U.S. and Mexico, the Mister Money franchise system, the USRS loan guarantee program, the AFS short-term loan kiosk program. In 2007 Mr. Will directed the Company through its sale of the MMH Mexico operations to a publicly held company. Mister Money is the largest shareholder in RIVWorks and a strategic partner providing key resources to RIVWorks.

As Chief Financial Officer Mr. Will has lead the way for MMH in the acquisition of capital necessary to support operations and growth for the company. To date funding in excess of $30 million has been raised and managed by Mr. Will to support store growth, AFS and USRS, and the Mexico expansion program.

Ty Ricker | Co-Founder and New Business Development

Ty Ricker has been involved in web development, and building successful ecommerce applications since 1991. Ty has been honored with a New Media Invision Award and was also the first person to ever receive a Retail Innovation and Technology Award as an individual, which typically only goes to companies with over $100 million dollars in revenue.

Ty has also worked as a consultant to the Disney Stores and Disney Interactive companies to further their new media programs and helped design many of their early touch-screen kiosks applicatons. As VP of New Business Development for RIVWorks he is helping eCommerce Merchants increase sales using interactive video.

Eileen Stout | Strategic Partner Liaison

Ms. Stout has more than 15 years of proven achievement in sales, marketing and business development in e-commerce; online marketing; and solutions-oriented IT services. Eileen has worked with several top-tier ecommerce marketplaces to provide strategic consulting in business development, program development and management, and channel and partner management, as both an individual contributor and team leader.

Eileen's roles have included liaison for key business partners and major accounts for the Auctions division of Overstock.com. Before her tenure with Overstock Auctions, Eileen served as VP of Sales for Infopia, the industry leader in multi-channel online selling solutions. Eileen is responsible for implementing RIVWorks strategic expansion, including major account management, partnership programs and business development.

John Tillotson | Product Manager

Mr. Tillotson has worked in the industrial automation, controls and software development industries in various roles over the past 23 years. He has fulfilled positionsin purchasing, sales, marketing, systems design and integration, product development and project management across the span of his professional career for small start-up organizations to Fortune 500 corporations, nationally and internationally.

John joined RivWorks to manage the engineering department and software development projects. He is responsible for the product scope from definition to implementation and brings to RIVWorks a broad range of experience in the tools and disciplines required to design and develop innovative software solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. His marketing experience allows him to research and understand the technology requirements of today's consumers of hi-tech solutions and deliver them using proven and innovative methods.
